- Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
- Working closely with staff, students, and families to ensure high-quality support for SEND pupils
- Full-time position starting April 2025

Key responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing the schools SEND policy.
- Coordinating and monitoring interventions to support students with SEND.
- Supporting and advising teachers to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Liaising with parents, external agencies, and local authorities to provide the best possible support for SEND students.
- Leading and delivering professional development for staff on SEND strategies and inclusion.
To be considered for this SENDCo role, you will need:- A relevant SENDCo qualification (NASENCO) and QTS.
- Experience in a SENDCo role or a similar leadership position.
- A thorough understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
